Data controller and contact

Aleryos is published by Rémy Vahé, a sole proprietor trading under the business name GeekoS Nexus, who acts as the data controller. For any questions regarding your personal data, write to [email protected].

Data and purposes

Aleryos processes the data necessary for the account and the service: email address, identifiers, pseudonym, preferences, game progress and actions, messages and support requests, purchase history, as well as technical, network, and security data. They are used to authenticate players, provide and secure the game, process purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the reliability of the service. After marketing consent, the platform and campaign behind a paid signup may be linked to the account to measure acquisition and subsequent activity.

Providers and security

Access is limited to authorized persons at GeekoS Nexus and to the providers necessary for the service, including Supabase, Cloudflare, Sentry, Brevo and, depending on the surface used, Google Play, Stripe or PayPal. Audience measurement and marketing tools are only enabled with your consent. Aleryos does not sell your data. Measures for encryption in transit, access control, and data minimization protect the information processed.

Retention

Account data is retained during its use and for as long as necessary to provide the service. Technical and security logs are retained for limited periods. Purchase items, evidence, accounting, or anti-fraud information may be retained for the applicable statutory retention periods and then deleted or anonymized. Pre-signup attribution is kept in the browser for no more than 30 days; after signup is completed, the platform and campaign are retained until the account is deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability, and withdraw your consent when it is the basis for processing. Write to [email protected]; a response will be provided within the legal time limits, in principle within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Account and data deletion

In Settings > Account, you can schedule the deletion of your game profile in the current universe. It takes effect after 7 days and can be cancelled up until then. To request deletion of your full Aleryos account and the associated data, write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Some data may be retained or anonymized when required by law, for accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

Cookies and consent

Only items strictly necessary for the operation and security remain active. Audience measurement and marketing categories are disabled without your express consent. You can change your choices at any time below.
